<strong>Osahon</strong> is a seasoned Lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988, with a Law Degree from the University of Benin (1987). He began his legal career as Counsel at Libra Law Office, Law office of Mrs. Hariat Aderinsola Balogun as a Counsel where he quickly grew to become a Partner in 1993. He was the Founding Secretary, Nigerian Regional Group of the International Bar Association, Conference Secretary of the 1st African Regional Conference of the International Bar Association and Editor-in-Chief of the Newsletter of the African forum of the International Bar Association. He has been involved in several Civil and Criminal matters in Nigeria and engaged as an expert in several areas of Nigerian law in the High Court of England. He was appointed to the Board on January 30, 2018.

<em><strong>Wasiu</strong> </em>is a Nigerian professional accountant with over 20 years of experience in project finance, management accounting and internal control, taxation, business analysis/advisory and business strategy. He is a graduate of the Polytechnic Ibadan, holder of Maters in Business Administration (MBA) from Bayero University, Kano and Associate Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). He was formerly the Manager, Finance and Accounting in Mass Power Integrated Services Limited, an integrated Energy/Power generating, transmission and distribution company, and Audit Senior in Itunu Rewane and Co. (Chartered Accountants), were he offered accounting, taxation and consulting services on behalf of the firm. Wasiu was also an Account Executive with CFAO Technologies Ltd and marketing Executive in Punch Nigeria Limited, publisher of Punch Newspaper series where he started his working career in 2001.

<em><strong>Clement</strong></em> is a Chartered Accountant of over twenty-seven (27) years’ in Accounting / Taxation areas of the Financial Sector, with vast experience working in both Public and Private sectors. At different points in his career, he worked for the Rivers State government, Federal Internal Revenue Service (FIRS), Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, Shell Petroleum Development Company Nigeria, John Holt and Adamac Group. He was appointed to the Board on July 22, 2018.

<em><strong>Mustapha</strong></em> is an astute businessman and a key player in Oil & Gas, maritime and insurance service sectors. He is a talented and solution-driven business executive having over 20 years’ experience transforming businesses in the private sector through revitalization and accelerated growth solutions. He was appointed to the Board on 19 May 2016.

<strong>Chidolue </strong>is a legal practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar, and the Principal Partner of Okonkwo Chido & Associates, a thriving law practice in Abuja covering areas of practice that include Energy, Maritime and Oil and Gas. He is an alumni of Enugu State University of Science.

Rear Admiral Dickson is a retired Navy personnel with over 35 years of experience in project, planning and development, customer relations management, and Human resource management.
