Osahon is a seasoned Lawyer called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988, with a Law Degree from the University of Benin (1987). He began his legal career as Counsel at Libra Law Office, Law office of Mrs. Hariat Aderinsola Balogun as a Counsel where he quickly grew to become a Partner in 1993.

He was the Founding Secretary, Nigerian Regional Group of the International Bar Association, Conference Secretary of the 1st African Regional Conference of the International Bar Association and Editor-in-Chief of the Newsletter of the African forum of the International Bar Association.

He has been involved in several Civil and Criminal matters in Nigeria and engaged as an expert in several areas of Nigerian law in the High Court of England. He was appointed to the Board on January 30, 2018.
